Description: This is a Fixed Price Subcontract which provides for all labor, service, materials and equipment for the draining, rigging, removal, transportation, disposal, and/or recycling of seventeen (17) grounding transformers, four (4) additional grounding transformers (previously drained), oil transformer piping, and four (4) oil tanks and the draining of the oil from all associated components estimated at approximately six thousand five hundred gallons (6,500)
