In the following 90 Day Forecast, please note the column entitled "Prequalification Date." When noted that prequalification is required, either by date or a statement, LATA/Parallax Portsmouth, LLC (LPP) will post a prequalification criteria on the web. Prequalified companies will be notified to respond to a Request For Proposal (RFP).

This is a living document and is constantly changing. Please check back frequently for any changes which may have occurred since your last visit.
